测试友商的49S/24M20pF20ppm49S/8M20pF20ppm49S/16M20pF20ppm的参数,5.具体测试数据如下:随机选择FCom的相同频率,日本富士晶体晶振相同的标称参数测试所示.

结果发现友商的频率通常是负的.虽然友商标称±20ppm的产品精度符合标准,但一般控制在±10ppm以上,有的高达±18ppm,这对于FCom来说已经是不合格产品了.标称±20ppmFCom产品精度一般控制在±10ppm以内.

同时友商产品的DLD2值过大.DLD2值是测试晶振在运行过程中的最大电阻值和最小电阻值之间的差值.具体反应是晶振与IC谐振时电阻值的变化,功率在0.01μW100μW之间.如果晶振的DLD2值过大,晶振可能会在运行过程中停止振荡.例如,友商的一款产品的DLD2值达到了5.7欧姆,说明晶振的电阻值不稳定,产品的一致性不够.FCom产品的DLD2值都在1欧姆以内,比友商的产品更加一致

此外友商晶振的FDLD2值过大.FDLD2值反映了晶振与IC谐振时频率输出的稳定性.参数值越小越好.该值越小,有源晶振频率越稳定.FCom晶振的FDLD2值均设置在2ppm以内.

DLD2值和FDLD2较大的主要原因如下:

.晶片材料问题,如晶片上的亮点杂质.

.晶振厂在生产过程中对晶片的表面处理并不纯净.

.当晶振在密封焊接时,内部有水分.
